Headed by an experienced team that constantly sources the mineral rich region of Southern Rajasthan for highest quality mineral stones that is the hallmark of the unique visual effect in every piece produced in the Esprit Stones Collection. With its vivid colors and awe-inspiring designs, the Esprit Stones range brings out the inherent brilliance of the stones while enhancing the luster of their natural hues and shades. Resistant to heat, stain and scratches, Esprit Stones offers high quality and low maintenance. Created with dimensions of 126 x 63, 137 x 76 inches and an approximate thickness of 0.39 and upto 1.18 inches, each Esprit Stones piece is made from completely natural stone that enhances its unique shadings and inherent patterns.
Where stars of nature meets State-of-the-Art Technology
The manufacturing process begins with a rigorous inspection of all incoming raw materials. These are blended at a ratio of up to 93% natural quartz aggregates with pigments and polymer resins. Esprit Stones quartz surfaces are manufactured through a highly automated, yet strictly monitored process in a state of the art factory in Udaipur Rajasthan. Set in an area of 6 Acres, the plant is a single unit of 100,000 sq.ft with a fully integrated setup that spans the entire process so as to maintain rigorous quality standards and a steady rate of throughput and productivity.
Feeding and mixing
The raw materials (quartz, pigments and polymers) are carefully selected, tested and then mixed together.
Moulding and pressing
The mixture is then poured into a mould and formed into slab sizes of 350 x 195 cms
Curing
This slabs are then moved to the curing kiln and heated which provides the finished levels of strength and solidity.
Polishing
The slabs are gauged, calibrated and then polished to a perfect finish in a wide range of colors and designs.

Quality Testing
Every slab then undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure it meets our extremely high standards of color, hue and consistency.
Tagging
The slabs are then labeled, sorted and tagged, and enter our distribution system to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition.
